Where such a tool is in use, meeting audio, video, chat, and shared content may be processed in order to produce a transcript, summary, or set of notes. A notice to this effect is included in meeting invitations.

If you would prefer that AI-assisted tools not be used, tell the meeting organizer before the meeting begins.

Recordings, transcripts, and generated notes are treated as confidential client material and are not sold or shared with third parties other than the providers of the tools used to create them.

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to facilitate introductions to technology partners on your behalf. We do not share, sell, or transfer personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship, typically no more than three years from last contact unless a longer period is legally required.
